Access to the STUDIO CORE Operating System implies full adherence to studio logistics protocols. This system is a professional tool designed for studio management.

Authorised Practitioners are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any operation performed under a specific ID is attributed to the owner of that profile. Unauthorised sharing of credentials is strictly prohibited.

Operators must ensure the accuracy of all session data, including workstation allocation, timings, client information, and financial figures. STUDIO CORE is not liable for operational errors resulting from incorrect data entry by the practitioners.

Practitioners are responsible for handling client personal data in compliance with GDPR. Client data entered into the system (name, email, phone, consent forms) must be collected with proper legal basis. Practitioners must not share client data outside the platform without appropriate authorisation.

The architecture, design, and logic of STUDIO CORE are proprietary assets. Practitioners are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to utilise the system for professional studio management. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or unauthorised reproduction is strictly prohibited.

STUDIO CORE is provided as a professional tool on a best-effort basis. While we strive for continuous availability, scheduled maintenance and infrastructure updates may cause temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for operational losses resulting from service unavailability.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from the use of STUDIO CORE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy.

STUDIO CORE is offered as a SaaS subscription at €49/month per studio (VAT excluded), billed monthly via PayPal Subscriptions. New studios receive a 30-day free trial; the first charge occurs at the end of the trial. The subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation. The studio admin may cancel at any time directly from their PayPal account; access remains active until the end of the period already paid. No partial refunds are issued. Payment failure. After a failed payment, PayPal automatically retries up to three times. If retries fail or the trial expires without activation, the studio is suspended: data is preserved but read/write access is blocked until the subscription is brought current. The Operator may permanently delete data from suspended studios after 90 days of continued non-payment, after sending a final notice. Price changes. The Operator may revise the subscription price by giving studio admins at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
